Your shop's data stays with you

Sales, products, customers and other business records are stored in a database on your own server PC. We do not receive copies of them.

What the software sends us

When the internet is available, the app contacts our servers to validate your trial or licence and to check for updates. This includes an installation identifier, app version, Windows version and approximate location from the connection. If you connect your shop to AIFFICIENTO cloud, we also store the shop details you enter (name, phone, city) and basic counts such as the number of products, to support you.

Geto (AI)

When you use Geto, your question and the data needed to answer it are sent through our servers to an AI provider to produce the answer. We record usage amounts for billing, not your conversation content.

Website

If you contact us through the website we keep the details you send so we can reply. We count downloads by country.
