Geto, the AI assistant built into your POS

Geto is the AI assistant built into AIFFICIENTO. It works alongside the POS on the Windows desktop app, on the Android mobile app and in any browser on the shop network. It answers questions about your own shop data.

Most shop owners check sales, stock and customer dues every day. Geto makes that faster. Ask the way you would ask a senior member of staff: “what sold most this week?”, “which items are running low?” or “who owes me money?” Geto replies in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu, with a chart or table where it helps.

What Geto can do

• Answer questions about sales, profit, products, customers and stock.
• Read a photo of a supplier bill and draft the purchase for you to review.
• Fill in a new product from a photo or a short video.
• Take a live voice call and dictate into any field.
• Show a daily briefing on the dashboard.

Permissions come first

Geto follows the same permission rules as the rest of the software. Each user sees only the reports and data that their role allows, and Geto does not show figures outside that scope. The owner or admin sets the roles, so the assistant cannot be used to get around them.

You stay in control

Geto does not change your records on its own. When it suggests an action, such as a new customer, a new product, a purchase draft or a repeat order, it prepares the entry and waits for you to confirm. Nothing is saved until you say so.

What you need

Geto needs an internet connection and an AI allowance that depends on your plan. The Growth plan includes a larger allowance, covering bill and product scanning and voice. Billing does not depend on Geto. Your counters keep selling offline, and only the AI features pause while the internet is down.
