Add products from a photo or a short video
Typing in a new product one field at a time takes time. Take a photo or a short video of the product, up to 10 seconds, and Geto fills in the details for you to check.
30 days free No credit card Every feature included
Take one photo or record a video of up to 10 seconds. Show the front of the pack so the name and printed price are easy to read.
Geto fills in the product name, brand, category, unit and barcode when it is visible. It also reads the printed price and expiry date, when they are printed.
Add an Urdu, Arabic or Hindi name for the item, so it can print on receipts in that language too.
Use the camera on the Windows desktop or in the Android mobile app. The product data is the same either way.
Geto prepares the new product. You check each field and confirm before the product is saved to your catalogue.
Add a new line quickly when a supplier brings something you do not stock yet. Then check the prices and bring the stock in through a purchase.
Every new product means a name, a brand, a category, a unit, a barcode and one or more prices. When a supplier brings in a new line, that typing can take longer than the unpacking. AIFFICIENTO lets you start from the product itself.
Point the camera at the product and take a photo, or record a short clip of up to 10 seconds. Geto reads what it can see. The name, brand and category are filled in where the pack shows them. If the barcode is visible, it is filled in too. A printed price or an expiry date is picked up when it is printed on the pack.
Tips for a good result
- Use good light and keep the label flat and in focus.
- Show the front of the pack first, then the barcode in a second photo if needed.
- Keep a short video to one product, so Geto does not mix up items.
Second-language names
Many shops sell items with names in Urdu, Arabic or Hindi. You can add a second-language name to the product, and it prints on receipts in that language. Geto can suggest the second-language name from the photo, and you can correct it before saving.
Large catalogues
For a very large product list, the spreadsheet import (Excel or CSV) is still the fastest route. Use the photo tool for the items that are new to you, or the ones that do not exist in any list yet.
Your AI allowance
Product scanning uses your AI allowance, which depends on your plan. The Growth plan includes a larger allowance for bill and product scanning, so busy shops that add many products each week should check the allowance before they choose a plan.
